Tonight we focused on the health benefits of cheese and how we our members can enjoy a life full of cheese.
Pair #1: Garlic, Chive and Parsley Goat Cheese with Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling
Pair #2: Emmenthaler with Mark West Pinot Noir
Soup #1: Tomato Soup (No Fat)
Sandwich #1: Part Skim Milk Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil on Country Wheat
Sandwich #2: Roquefort Societe, Neufchatel, Bartlett Pear on Nine Grain Nut and Honey Bread
During the initial cheese course, we served our guests French Wheat Bread, Dried Figs, Dried Peaches and Walnuts.
Further, we offered our guests Banrock Station Chardonnay and Bota Box Shiraz as table wines throughout the course of the evening.
