12/12/08 Dinner Party
The dinner club tonight was the appetizer course of a Holiday party for a not-for-profit organization.
We served the following items:
Cheese #1: Fromage D’Affinois
Cheese #2: Comte
Cheese #3: Bleu D’Auvergne
With French bread, walnuts and Chilean flame raisins.
