12/5/08 Dinner Party
Our evening was an intimate dinner party with a handful of people enjoying great cheese, great wine and great times.
We served the following items:
Cheese #1: MouCo Colorouge with bread, walnuts and figs for tasting
Cheese #2: MouCo Camembert stuffed with blanced garlic, covered in wine, thyme, parsley and baked.
Sandwich #1: MouCo Blue cheese, caramelized pear with dulce de leche dribble
The cheeses that we enjoyed this evening were date stamped as follows:
