1.22.09 Dinner Party
Our inaugural “open to the public” dinner party was fantastic. During this historic week we focused on the Red, White, and Blue. Our menu included the following:
1) For our cheese tasting we sampled Rogue River Creamery’s new joint venture with Rogue brewery: the delicious Rogue River Cheddar with Chocolate stout. The second cheese was an aged Asiago by Stella (an American producer).
2) Maytag blue cheese, fresh strawberries, and pistachios on spring mix with balsamic vinaigrette.
3) Kraft singles (Hand Crafted in Illinois, the home of our new President) on white bread with a side of tomato soup.

4) Maytag blue cheese with red wine blueberry reduction jam.
