Our plan is to select 5 cheeses (in their prime) and pair them with 5 of the best beers from around the world.  Should be exceptional.

Our goal is to offer a tasting of cheese made from cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk and buffalo milk.
Tentative Menu

-          Bubalus Bubalis (Buffalo Mozzarella)

-          Fromage Blanc (Cow’s Milk)

-          Midnight Moon aged 6 months by Cypress Grove (Sheeps Milk)

-          Manchego aged 6 months

We’ll choose the cheese selection and let all attendees know in advance.  Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to bring a beer or wine (a 750 ml bottle can serve 8 people for a tasting) to pair with one of those cheeses.  Winner will be announced to the entire list serve.

Cheeses: Two cheese tasting (depending on selection)

Soup: Chilled Cucumber Soup or an alternate depending on weather

Sandwich: Fresh Mozzarella, grilled Portabella mushroom, tomato and Pesto

Entree: Grilled Paneer Kebabs (a cheese that doesn’t melt, with veggies…mmmm)
