The GCC
The Grilled Cheese Club of Austin is a one of a kind social community that shares a common passion for great cheese, great food and great conversation. The club has bi-monthly dinner parties to enjoy the sexy flavors of artisanal cheeses and the down and dirty taste of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Our events are informal so that members and their guests can have a relaxing evening of revelry and perhaps bond over their favorite beer and cheese pairings. Depending on the location, there is a set price or a suggested donation for each dinner, typically between $10-30.
